Approved Installer of Anti Corrosion Linings
ACCS is an approved installer of anti corrosion linings at many large industrial and nuclear sites where our installation team are certified to work to client’s health, safety and quality requirements.
Our contracts and installation team take care of your problem through careful preparation, quotation, material supply, installation and finishing.
The ACCS installation process typically involves:
- Initial advice on product selection based upon your environmental criteria.
- Site visit by ACCS technical expert to confirm material selection and assess health, safety and other local issues such as power supply, optimal timing for your plant schedule and site protection.
- Quotation within 5 working days of agreeing the product technical specification and installation instructions. A full method statement is provided at this stage.
- Where required, additional health and safety training of our team to your site’s special needs.
- Material delivery to a secure part of your site. Materials come with full chemical data information.
- Material mixing and application instructions are provided where you are using your own specialist installers.
- Post installation inspection by a qualified independent third party can be arranged.
- ACCS warrants to replace or repair any installation that is proven to be faulty by an independent third party for a period of 12 months following installation by our team.
